We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Real Estate Loan Servicer to join our team and ensure smooth management of real estate loans for our client's valued customers. Schedule: 1st shift, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $19/hr. Responsibilities: The role involves cleaning out loan files, sending paid loan letters, and preparing satisfaction documents for Residential Real Estate Loans. Responsibilities include tracking Forced Place Insurance, communicating with lenders, managing FNMA delinquency processes, and ensuring accurate monthly reporting. The position also requires data entry for FNMA loans, preparing various reports, and assisting in audits and quality control programs. Additional duties include servicing customer inquiries, handling insurance renewals, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations in the Real Estate department. Qualified candidates will have banking and/or finance experience, 2+ years of related experience. Perks? We have plenty!
