Salary: $85,000 yearly Shift: HYBRID, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) As the Buyer, you will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing machined, fabricated goods, and welded assemblies. You'll need expertise in manufacturing processes, materials used in machining and welding, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely acquisition of quality parts while balancing cost efficiency and production schedules. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or project management, preferably in a manufacturing, welding, or fabrication environment In-depth knowledge of purchasing practices, materials, and products in machining, welding, and fabrication Strong understanding of materials used in welding, machining, and fabrication (e.g., steel, aluminum, alloys, welding rods, cutting tools) Familiarity with welding, machining, and fabrication processes Expertise in supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and inventory management Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Employee Benefits: To show our appreciation for your hard work and dedication, we offer competitive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card.
