About the Role

MWH is seeking a qualified Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, social media content creation, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and excellent communication skills, and will be based out of Broomfield, CO.

You'll play a vital role in developing and producing marketing content that showcases our company's expertise in winning new business and attracting top talent.

The role will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, including brand management, content creation, digital marketing, and social media campaign development. You will manage a small team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans. This role requires a strong leader with a collaborative spirit, capable of driving results while creating a positive and productive team environment. The Marketing Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including business development, operations, human resources, talent acquisition, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Pursuits and Creative Content.

Essential Functions

Digital Marketing/Social Media:



  • Develop and implement social media strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring using Oktopost.
  • Oversee the social media advocacy program to leverage the networks of senior personnel.
  • Oversee the company website to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, articulates the most up-to-date company information, provides a positive user experience, and serves as the portal for outsiders to learn more about our work, people, and career opportunities.


Brand Management:



  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Manage the company's brand assets, including the logo, templates, and style guides.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across departments.


Content Creation:



  • Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including print and digital content.
  • Serve as the editor and creative manager for the company's quarterly newsletter.
  • Manage the creation of internal communication materials, such as presentations and reports.


Team Leadership:



  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and graphic designers.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve marketing goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.


Other:



  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, to fulfill their marketing needs.
  • Manage the production of branded merchandise and signage.
  • Manage ad-hoc marketing requests from senior leadership.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Graphic Design, or other applicable related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrably relevant experience leading and developing marketing materials, graphics, and other content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Highly motivated candidates with less experience but a strong track record of achieving similar results will also be considered.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Must be a detail-oriented team-player with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Oktopost.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Must be able to work in an office setting in Broomfield, CO.
  • Must submit a resume and a portfolio of previous work examples to be considered.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry.
  • Basic knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes and terminology.
  • Competitive and driven to continuously improve processes and content.
  • Passion for learning and identifying new ways to display information and improve our pursuit and marketing materials and implementing new technologies to differentiate from competitors.


Compensation



  • The anticipated compensation for this position is $90,000-$120,000/yr
