What You'll Do:

Bottom Pour Attendants lay brick and mortar, prepare mold sets for production, oversee steel pours, and/or assist with overhead crane moves and will operate a skid steer, forklift and other material handling equipment.

Bottom Pour Attendants work in extreme temperatures, frequently lift 5-55 lbs., climbing ladders, kneeling for periods of time, working at heights using appropriate safety equipment, and standing and walking for extended periods of time.

What You'll Need:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required



In addition to the basic minimum requirements, qualified Bottom Pour Attendant candidates must achieve minimum scoring in pre-employment testing.
