Our team will give you this opportunity, in addition, we provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA). We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. How you will do it Apprentices will be trained and will perform HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites Will participate in certified trainings through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets to provide continued opportunities for recognition, monetary, rewards and advancement Through coaching and mentorship, develop skill to troubleshoot and resolve both technical issues as well as customer needs Keeps JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed. Meet attendance requirements for required Union training for first year This is a Bargaining Union Position What we look for (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent. Light technical and mechanically inclined Passion/ desire to learn and apply on the job Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills. Self-starter with ability to eventually work independently Prioritize safety in all forms This position requires a valid driver's license Required Candidate must be willing to join the 5-year Apprenticeship program. |
