Position Summary: Vallen's Flexible Procurement Solution (FPS) Operations Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for leading FPS implementation projects. FPS utilizes an inventory management system that combines advanced technology with industrial vending to drive productivity and reduce cost for businesses. This position is an internal and external customer facing position that collects customer requirements, identifies best vending product fit and assess the customer's site readiness. The FPS Specialist will provide post- go live support by responding to customer inquiries and service requests. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
