This position will report within the DRiV business group. DRiV is Tenneco's aftermarket product solutions group, with a mission to deliver advancements that help people get the most out of every vehicle, every ride, every race, and every journey. We strive to consistently deliver top tier results behind branded product solutions for our community and shareholders. This position is responsible for the execution of all programs assigned and adherence to Tenneco/DRiV program management processes. This role will manage cross-functional teams, communicate clear deliverables and lead key gate reviews to ensure flawless execution of DRiV's product strategy. This position is responsible for providing organization, direction and guidance to multiple teams across the organization with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions and drive programs forward with minimal guidance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Masters' Degree preferred; PMP certification is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and 8 years in Program Management. Experience in at least three key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Operations, or Sales. Demonstrated experience leading a cross functional team to launch. Experience launching multiple programs in multiple regions / cultures preferred. Skills:
