How you'll make an impact:
We are seeking an experienced, proven and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our pharmaceutical vertical sales team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital media with knowledge of the pharmaceutical category to significantly drive revenue growth for key pharmaceutical clients.

What you'll do:
Sales Strategy and Execution

* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for pharmaceutical clients

* Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing and new clients

* Meet and exceed individual revenue goals

Client Management

* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with brands, media agencies and strategic decision-makers

* Have a clear understanding of client objectives and KPIs, and deliver customized solutions that deliver results

* Have an understanding of the unique aspects of the pharmaceutical industry

Market Analysis

* Stay ahead of industry trends, the competitive landscape and regulatory changes in the pharmaceutical space

* Present insights and recommendations to clients, highlighting opportunities for growth and innovation

Collaboration & Leadership

* Collaborate positively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

* Be a team player with other pharma vertical sellers and contribute to the fostering of a high-performance sales culture.

What you'll need:

* 7+ years of digital media sales experience with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical vertical

* Bachelor's degree, advanced degree is a plus

* Knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising regulations (e.g. DTC, HCP)

* Experience with pharmaceutical brands and agencies

* Proficiency in digital media, programmatic platforms, data, analytics and measurement.

* Superb communication, negotiation and presentation skills

* Experience with multi-channel solutions, including digital audio, video and mobile.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-publisher environment.

* Ability to learn quickly.

* Willingness to travel

* Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $106,500 to $166,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
