Job Summary
This position supports the Total Rewards programs of Harley-Davidson including services for the administration of employee benefit & compensation programs. This includes financial reconciliation and processing of invoices, response to employee inquiries, creating/maintaining reports and serving as a liaison between employees, our programs and our vendors. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating various functions in support of the Company's benefit programs to include, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as long and short term disability, 401(k), deferred compensation, flexible spending accounts, COBRA and the wellness program. It also supports the compensation programs of the company through assisting in supporting our global compensation structures along with supporting all day-to-day tasks on the team.
