Description: We are seeking an IT Site Support Technician to join our client's Tomahawk location. This candidate will be responsible for both helpdesk and desktop support duties, addressing and resolving technical issues related to laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, RFIDs, and other hardware and software components. Key Responsibilities: * Provide onsite IT support for the Tomahawk location, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems related to laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, RFIDs, and other devices. * Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software as needed. * Support the manufacturing plant environment by addressing IT-related issues that may impact production. * Collaborate with other IT team members to provide comprehensive support and share knowledge. * Document and track all support requests using the current ticketing system (IFS Assyst) and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of desktop and helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows operating systems. * Experience with PC support, including hardware and software troubleshooting. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and end-users. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
