Overview
Utah State University Extension's Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is seeking three qualified individuals to work part-time (20 hours per week). Located in Salt Lake, Davis, Weber or Utah County

Responsibilities
  • Teaching nutrition and cooking skills to limited income families and youth. Training and teaching materials will be provided.


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A basic knowledge of nutrition and food preparation is recommended.
  • Job requires willingness to learn, work well with people, keep records and do reports.
  • Internet access and some skill with computers and other electronic devices is necessary.
  • Must be willing to obtain Food Handler's permit within one month of hire.
  • Flexible hours
  • Car and current insurance, valid driver's license or access to transportation to meet with clients required. Must adhere to the University Travel and Driving Policies.
  • Mileage will be reimbursed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
