What you'll do

The RFP Editor will manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for Infinite Campus products and services, collaborating with leadership, sales, and other teams to produce high-quality proposals that showcase the company's strengths and value propositions. Their responsibilities include overseeing the RFP process, maintaining a database of standard content, writing and editing executive summaries, enforcing timelines, and creating compelling content through interviews and collaboration with subject matter experts. They will also work with design staff to develop graphics for proposals.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications and at least five years of experience managing RFPs or creating marketing content, preferably in the software/technology industry. They should have strong written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in interviewing, writing, and editing. Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential qualities. Additionally, they should demonstrate an ability to comprehend and clearly communicate technical information about Infinite Campus products.

This position requires someone who can build productive relationships across departments, maintain professionalism, and ensure high-quality work aligned with organizational goals. Adherence to security guidelines and, in some cases, more thorough background checks may also be required depending on specific customer contracts.
