Staffmark is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist our Customer Service and Sales Departments with various office tasks located in Anaheim, CA. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our daily operations, ensuring smooth processes while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Shift: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Provide customer service support by answering inquiries, updating records, and offering information to clients. Work with the sales team to process orders, maintain customer accounts, and generate reports. Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence and scheduling. Experience: Some office and customer service experience is preferred.
