Overview

The primary responsibility of the Manager, Talent Acquisition is to drive recruitment for a national, growing company, with an emphasis on our Residential Real Estate division. This role will be pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our multifamily property management teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in high volume recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in supporting our growth by ensuring that we have the right people in place to drive the success of our property management operations. The Manager will also contribute to initiatives that strengthen The RMR Group's brand as an employer of choice in the markets we serve. pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our multifamily property management teams.



Responsibilities

    Partner with assigned functional leaders and their management teams to identify current state and long-term recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources with the goal of identifying the highest quality talent for the most reasonable cost.
  • Build and manage relationships with external staffing partners to facilitate the recruiting process and to meet hiring goals.
  • Coordinate recruiting event participation in target markets and support recruitment efforts for technical schools, colleges and universities.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Provide interview training to interview teams, as needed.
  • Provide best in class candidate experience. Manage relationships with candidates to include communication regarding candidate's status, document management, and onboarding; develop and maintain an active applicant pool of qualified candidates for potential/future positions.
  • Maintain and utilize applicant tracking system for requisitions (iCIMS), including interview scheduling, communications, and dispositioning.
  • Fully understand articulate The RMR Group's benefits programs so that candidates and employees understand their full value. Highlight how our benefits programs differentiate RMR from other employers.
  • Actively participate in the design, planning, and rollout of HR initiatives.
  • Represent RMR in networking, recruiting, and professional organizations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 to 7 years'+ experience in a high-volume HR and recruitment environment implementing and utilizing a variety of talent management and acquisition techniques.
  • Experience in real estate recruiting a plus.
  • Master's in Business Administration or advanced HR degree a plus.
  • Experience in recruiting and staffing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, i.e., poised and engaging, empathetic communication style that can enliven, engage, and positively impact individuals and groups.
  • Ability to partner with all levels of hiring managers, providing a collaborative approach to hiring strategy and employee relations.
  • Ability to influence and present to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to act quickly and efficiently with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel, as required.
