Description Responsible for leading projects and operational activities within a Center of Excellence. Coordinates status reports as well as participates on teams and works with center staff (center management and other leaders) and stakeholders to assure that goals are clearly defined and achieved. May assign work to team members to assure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables as appropriate. Develops policies and procedures in conjunction with center leadership as appropriate. Identifies and escalate issues following departmental guidelines.
Qualifications Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Minimum Work Experience
3 years (Required) Or
1 year Relevant work experience with Master's degree (Preferred)

Functional Accountabilities
Center Liaison
  • Leads various projects within a center by being the primary point person
  • Serves as the liaison between the center and other internal/external stakeholders as needed
  • Communicates barriers, challenges and any other issues to center leadership that affect operations and project progress
  • Manage a complex portfolio of center growth and space redesign programs and projects
  • Oversees administrative projects and tasks across the Center from infancy to execution
  • Manage center wide contract development and processing
  • Creates center-wide ad hoc reports and monthly financial/productivity reports
Budget and Financial Management
  • May be responsible for appropriate use of funds and resources.
  • Prepare documentation and projections to support new programs and the budget planning process
  • Monitor monthly performance reports and budget variances and resolve discrepancies as needed
Safety
  • Speak up when team members appear to exhibit unsafe behavior or performance
  • Continuously validate and verify information needed for decision making or documentation
  • Stop in the face of uncertainty and takes time to resolve the situation
  • Demonstrate accurate, clear and timely verbal and written communication
  • Actively promote safety for patients, families, visitors and co-workers
