As a Manager within our HR Strategy & Business Operations, and HR4HR team, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR-wide practices (across the org / HR function) that align with the CG's Long-term Strategic Plan and the HR 2031 Strategy. Your role will involve providing interim HRBP support to various lines of business, offering expert guidance and strategic solutions on talent acquisition, associate development, performance management, associate relations, and organizational design. You will leverage data analytics to identify and address critical workforce needs, fostering a positive associate experience and driving organizational success. Additional responsibilities may include independently managing varying critical, short-term HR projects, defining clear project requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects to deliver strong business outcomes.

You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with a variety of HR audiences, key stakeholders, and senior business leaders. You leverage data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. You have a proven track record of successfully juggling multiple priorities while delivering strong results. As a team-oriented professional, you make decisions that benefit the broader HR function and the organization as a whole. This is an individual contributor role.

  • You have ~7+ years of experience, with a strong HRBP emphasis.

  • You have strong knowledge of HR practices, talent acquisition, associate development, performance management, and organizational design.

  • You are passionate about coaching, supporting, and developing talent, with experience in partnering with business leaders to develop high performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement

  • You are a strategic thought partner who asks insightful questions, proactively shares perspective, and are highly adaptable to changing team environments.

  • You have strong project management experience, leading and implementing large scale HR projects from start to finish.

  • You are very comfortable with data visualization tools, PowerPoint, Excel and working with numbers. Skilled in conducting HR trend analysis with large data sets and turning insights into actionable solutions.

  • You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork with colleagues around the globe is essential for success.

  • You're a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful, and engaging.

  • You connect the dots in complex and often ambiguous situations, deriving insights that are critical to advancing organizational goals.

  • This team values your ability to challenge the status quo by improving existing processes and employing different approaches to align HR priorities with business outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree required and master's degree in HR, project management, or related field preferred.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $136,858-$218,973

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
