Job Summary

W.C. Bradley Real Estate is looking for a Facility Services Assistant to join their team at The Currents at Riverfront Place. In this role, you will perform cleaning and general maintenance work for one or more W.C. Bradley Real Estate facilities.This position requires a proactive individual who is able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently, work well with the team, and contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.

* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

* Clean and stock all facility rooms and restrooms

* Ensure cleanliness of any food preparation, storage, or serving areas

* Notify managers of necessary repairs.

* Collect and dispose of trash.

* Assist guests when necessary.

* Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience:One (1) year of facility maintenance or similar experience.

License(s) / Certification(s): None.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Ability to Lift at least 25 pounds

* Ability to work effectively in a team or on one's own.

* Ability to handle basic maintenance and cleaning

* Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests

* Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

* Ability to work in a constant state of alertness

Physical Requirements

* Ability to Lift at least 25 pounds
