As a Talent Acquisition Consultant Manager you will be responsible to successful implementation and execution of talent acquisition strategies and day-to-day leadership for Talent Acquisition Professionals. Assist in development, deployment and operational leadership of all Talent Acquisition initiatives.

This person will also:

* Manage a team Talent Acquisition Professionals responsible for the recruitment and hiring across all business lines.
* Advance and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy including talent brand, recruitment marketing, diversity and inclusion, technology, contingent/vendor management, Audit/Risk, candidate experience and process improvements.
* Analyze and present recruitment metrics to determine gaps, process improvements and quantifiable return on investment to business line leaders.
* Identify and evaluate talent acquisition trends, including market and economic conditions, and competitive landscapes to develop strategic sourcing plans.
* Mitigates talent acquisition team's risk and ensures compliance with all applicable internal and external employment laws and polices.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required

Experience

• 5-7 years Talent Acquisition or Human Resource Leadership. Required
