This position reports to the Vice President of Medical Affairs, this position is responsible for all data collection, analysis and reporting functions required to support physician and advanced practice provider compensation plans for JHCP. This position will develop, manage and administer the multiple provider compensation models at JHCP for approximately 600 providers. This role will be responsible for ensuring provider compensation philosophy is applied accurately and consistently across the organization. It will collaborate with JHCP leadership to design provider compensation programs and strategies to meet business needs. What awaits you!
Location: 6225 Smith Ave., Baltimore, MD 21209 Shift: Non- Exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week What You'll Need to be Successful:
Salary Range: Minimum 36.49 per hour - Maximum 60.26 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
