This role is responsible for Cloudflare's Customer Education content development including digital and instructor-led education offerings. The Customer Education organization is focused on accelerating customer adoption of Cloudflare's products by creating thoughtful, scalable, easy-to-use learning and certification experiences to help customers develop the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to get the most out of Cloudflare's solutions. The Program Manager for Certifications Test Development is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, high-stakes certification exams for Cloudflare. Through thoughtful leadership and expertise, the Program Manager will build an exceptional certification program that increases product adoption and utilization, reduces risks and support costs, and enhances the customer experience. This is a new role and capability, so this position is responsible for creating the strategy and planning for the certification department, executing the day-to-day activities of creating and maintaining certifications, and managing external vendors.
