ABOUT THE ROLE
The Culture and Change Consultant develops actionable plans that deliver measurable value for Blue Cottage and CannonDesign clients, with a focus on creating innovative, human-centered design solutions. This role will be responsible for sourcing, pre-positioning, pursuing and delivering solutions to support organizations going through a major change or organizational transformation. The leader that fills this role will have an opportunity to shape outcomes for clients in any market that Blue Cottage or CannonDesign serve, including health, education, science & tech, civic, federal, sports, commercial, FOS, Sustainability, etc. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

The salary range for this position is $156,400 to $195,500 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
