Primary Purpose:

Provides a wide range of administrative support to the Talent Acquisition - Union team. Coordinates various HR activities, maintains records, and assists with communication between candidates, employees and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Acts as a point of contact for candidates, employees and managers, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries. Drafts and sends HR related communications.
  • Participates in team meetings and contributes to process improvements and departmental projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).


Hybrid Schedule:



  • Although the schedule may vary, typically this will allow the employee to work onsite three days per week and remotely on the remaining workdays.
  • Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.



Required Qualifications:



  • H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 1 year of prior administrative experience required.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate an exceptional customer service understanding and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and Access.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related business field.
