We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team.

Job Title: TACS Hardware and Network Specialist

Overview:Join our team as a TACS Hardware and Network Specialist! You'll maintain and enhance the efficiency and reliability of our Travel Agency Commission Settlement (TACS) systems. If you're passionate about hardware and network management, this role is for you.

The pay range for this role is $91K

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in hardware and network management.
• 5 years proven expertise with HP & Windows hardware and servers.
• 5 years experience with F5 load balancers and VM software.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance and Repair:Ensure continuous operation of hardware and software through diligent maintenance and repair, minimizing system downtime.
• 24/7 On-Call Support:Provide round-the-clock support to address any system issues promptly.
• Efficiency and Productivity Improvements:Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and reliability of TACS systems. This includes network troubleshooting, requesting firewall changes, and collaborating with network teams.
• Security Support:Identify and correct security vulnerabilities to safeguard our systems.
• System Back-ups:Manage and execute regular system backups to ensure data integrity.
• Access Management:Oversee user access to systems, ensuring secure and appropriate permissions.
• Operations, Business & Development Support:Provide comprehensive support across operations, business, and development functions.
• Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery:Plan and execute business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Server Deployment and Administration:Deploy and administer Microsoft-based servers for both physical and virtual machines.

• Network Management:Manage network components, including Dell switches and storage solutions. IE: Dell Force 10, Dell Power Connect, Dell Switch gear/FTOS, Dell EqualLogic Storage

• VMware Administration:Administer VMware ESXi/vSphere environments.
• HP Systems:Manage HP N4000 servers and VA7410 storage arrays, including HPUX system administration and Ignite.
• Linux Administration:Administer Linux systems, including CentOS and Ubuntu.

Must Pass Drug screen

Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
