Precise Systems seeks Program Management Analyst to provide direct support to the AN/SPY-6 Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) Program within the Navy's Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate's (PEO IWS 2.0). The candidate will support the AN/SPY-6(V) Test & Evaluation (T&E) Assistant Program Manager (APM), primarily providing technical and programmatic services focused on shipboard T&E activities. A hybrid work environment is acceptable; however, you must have the ability to work regularly in the vicinity of the Washington Navy Yard and travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities & Duties



  • Lead the SPY-6 T&E planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for shipboard T&E events, including Combat System Ship Qualification Testing, Developmental Testing and Operational Testing.
  • Lead and act on behalf of the program's T&E APM, ensuring the appropriate T&E processes and discipline is applied across the program when executing shipboard test events.
  • Prepare and/or review technical and programmatic T&E documentation (e.g. T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, Technical Review Action Plans and Summary Reports Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, T&E Risks, acquisition documents), as well as develop formal T&E related correspondence.
  • Provide T&E presentation materials, develop T&E correspondence support, action item tracking/closure, and weekly reporting of SPY-6 T&E topics
  • Work with the DoD, field activities, Integrated Product Teams, Technical Teams, and various vendors to develop, identify, locate, support, acquire, and manage shipboard test events
  • Support technical interchanges and working groups by providing technical expertise in the area of T&E.


Required Experience



  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in the areas of shipboard T&E and Combat System Ship Qualification Testing (CSSQT).
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, provide high quality services and products, while meeting strict deadlines and time constraints
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.


Required Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or similar field


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Navy's radar and/or combat systems design and certification processes.
  • DoD Program Office experience
  • Experience working in an acquisition program office environment, with documentation, protocols, formats, and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be energetic, thoughtful, product-oriented, dependable, flexible, open-minded individual with an eagerness to learn with demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated forward thinking and proactive problem-solving skills


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $77,083.55 to $115,625.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
