This position in Maumee, OH is responsible for leading the fluid conveyance training team. This position will be responsible for creating and managing the training team's strategic plan. It will also develop, facilitate, and maintain training materials. A key focus will be to develop a value selling training program to drive sales growth at Danfoss and our channel partners. This position will also have global responsibility to evaluate and continuously improve technical training while expanding training offerings to other regions. Job Responsibilities
