6807 - Material Control - RCWB - RAILCAR WORKER B

TITLE:Railcar Worker B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To provide raw material from railcars to production for their daily needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience pumping railcars. Minimum 1 year.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have mastered and can perform all skills the Railcar Worker "C" has but with little supervision.
• Must actively participate in training and safety courses.
• Verify work assignments with co-workers to ensure tasks are performed correctly.
• Must be able to move hoses and make connections properly.
• Report to Manager/Supervisor any problems doing work assignments.
• Maintain a clean work area with no contamination or spills.
• Report any equipment issues or unsafe conditions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Working outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Subject to high noise levels. Must wear hearing protection.
