The Pitches & Proposals Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving new business growth through the development and execution of compelling and winning proposals. In this hands-on role, the Director will lead the development of strategic high-value, high-priority pitches across the firm, working closely with lawyers and professional staff at all levels. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of the proposals process-from opportunity assessment to the development of tailored, high-quality proposals and RFP responses, all the way through submission and follow-up. For positions in Los Angeles, CA, the salary range for this job posting is: $182,200.00 - $291,475.00 For positions in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY, the salary range for this job posting is: $189,800.00 - $303,650.00. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
