The hourly rate for this internship is $19.80 with paid company holidays. We employ students for summer and year-round opportunities to help design creative cost effective systems and equipment that keep the energy flowing to our customers in a safe and reliable manner. WEC Energy Group offers a variety of engineering opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience that are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program. Students work with experienced members of these functional teams. The Corporate Affairs team is comprised of professionals who focus on four corporate support areas: corporate governance, board services, stockholder services, and entity management. Key clients include WEC Energy Group board of directors, subsidiary company boards, executive management, stockholders, and business unit leadership. The team's primary role is to assist the corporate secretary in facilitating corporate governance activities on behalf of the board of directors of our parent company, as well as the boards of directors of our subsidiary companies. The Student Intern role involves supporting governance and stockholder services processes, managing records, and assisting with special projects. Also, given internal collaboration between Corporate Affairs and our Ethics & Compliance organization, the Student Intern will have the opportunity to support both teams. Job Responsibilities

The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
