The pay range for this position is $92,600.00- $144,700.00 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Director of Operations to join our team. Responsible for managing all aspects of the RAYUS Twin Cities operations. Responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of 18+ imaging centers, Vascular and Pain Care services, strategic planning, administrative and technical staff management, budget management, business development and growth initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with our radiologist partners, and building and maintaining relationships with referring groups. This position is also responsible for meeting the quality and operational goals (i.e., efficiency, productivity, costs) for the market. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday business hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(55%) Center Operation Management

• Plans, organizes, develops, implements and interprets the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation
• Must have a sound understanding of each job function in the center(s)
• Assists with budgeting and manages the budget for the center(s) and recommends financial decisions for the center
• Monitors performance and profitability of services offered
• Maintains productive relationships with center's customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service, personal visits, and support enhancing the RAYUS customer experience
• Interfaces with Radiologists in roll-out of market initiatives
• Monitors payor referral activity
• Arranges appropriate physician coverage for all contrast and sedation studies
• Administers quality programs and meets or exceeds key quality and productivity measures in patient service, customer (referral) service, clinical programs, and administrative functions
• Assists Corporate Marketing to develop mailings, mailing collateral, etc., for defined market
• Ensures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines

(40%) Staff Management

• Participates in staff performance evaluations, compensation recommendations and development of associates including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or termination of associates
• Leads regular staff meetings and employee one-on-one discussions
• Oversees and assists in the recruitment and onboarding of new supervisors and admin team (i.e. recruiting fairs, interviewing, training, etc.) providing resource and technical expertise
• Maintains staff retention by implementing effective retention strategies
• Interfaces with Sr. Director, radiologists and all technical and administrative staff to ensure effective teamwork and efficient center operations
• Implements strategies to promote teamwork within the center and with other associates including management and radiologists
• Provides ongoing and timely communication to management and staff regarding center performance, staff performance, events, issues, etc. related to the center and Company

(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Required:

• Requires 5+ years of related medical experience, preferably in outpatient radiology imaging
• Requires 5+ years of proven management and supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• RT Certification
• 2-3 years of imaging experience
• 2-3 years marketing experience in a healthcare setting
