Position Overview Elevate is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join its Burlington manufacturing operation in Raeford, NC. As Human Resources Manager you will participate as a member of the management team and will be responsible for leading all human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention, recruiting, training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation administration, safety and other areas as it relates to supporting and developing employees. You will be responsible for leading and developing positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. You will provide coaching and mentoring to the management team and all employees to drive success and performance in line with business goals and the facilities performance against those goals.
