What this job involves- The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of real estate assets. This includes overseeing the operations, staff, financial budgeting, reporting, marketing, and leasing efforts for all properties in the portfolio. The Regional Facilities Manager must have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to develop and execute strategies that will maximize the value of the portfolio.
Oversee the operations of all properties in the portfolio Manage the staff of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance personnel Develop and execute financial budgets for the portfolio Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports Monitor the performance of the portfolio and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants Work with the sales team to close new deals Represent the company to tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders Desired experience and technical skills Required 5+ years of experience in real estate management Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure #FMJobs If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements.
