Job Summary Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and office support. This position is responsible for duties at the front receptionist area, the mailroom, providing general support to the Corporate Office, while ensuring alignment with Graniterock's Family Vision, Core Purpose, Core Values, Strategic priorities and business objectives. Essential Job Accountabilities
Education and Work Experience * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2 years of customer service experience. * 1+ years general office experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * A pleasant, professional voice/manner, strong listening/memory skills, and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment are essential. * General knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite skills. * Able to organize billing and inventory. * Ability to lift 25 lbs. * Ability to work flexible hours (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) as needed. * Must have a clean driving record. |
