This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.

As Business Transformation Principal Project Manager, you will partner with your team to facilitate and manage the identification and evaluation of critical priorities, strategic opportunities and work stream engagements that will drive Brand growth deliverables. Here you'll directly support senior leaders as they align and engage their teams to high-priority initiatives. This role is critical to bringing key components of these initiatives together in service to quarterly and annual strategic planning processes and an outcome-oriented and consumer-centric culture and vision.

HOWYOU'LLMAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Ensure Brand Transformation Office (BTO) effectiveness by coordinating cross functional meetings, facilitating discussions, and sustaining momentum to operationalize the strategy across the organization

  • Provide a high degree of visibility and transparency to the portfolio of work for one-or-more of the workstreams within Columbia Brand, in partnership with Brand leadership

  • Manage projects and end to end programs with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity.

  • Provides training and leadership for other team members

YOU ARE

  • A natural problem solver, identifying and solving complex problems that impact multiple departments and disciplines

  • Capable of working independently to manage unique and varied business work streams aligned to shared business goals

  • A skilled communicator with a knack for converting technical information to written and verbal business stories and advice

  • Practiced at listening and negotiating with others to adopt different points of view

YOUHAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience in business applications and engagement

  • 8+ years of professional experience with demonstrated expertise in project management; forecasting and tracking deliverables across strategy goals, tasks, resources and deadlines

  • Experience interfacing with marketing teams and the go-to-market processes preferred

  • Applied skill in stakeholder engagement, influence, meeting facilitation and presentation

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and familiarity with enterprise level agile portfolio management systems

  • Previous work with other cultures in a business setting, and awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, project management software
