MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK A VARIED SCHEDULE INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. This position will mostly work evenings, but may be required to attend meetings and cover restaurant shifts during the day.

This position is full time and eligible for group health benefits including Medical, Dental and more.

This position pays $27.50 per hour.

As the F&B Outlets & Bars Supervisor, you would be responsible for providing a "Wonderful" and welcoming experience to our guests in our award winning bars.

The F&B Outlets & Bars Supervisor primary task is assisting the Bar Operations Manager and Bar Manager with the overall operations of Altitude Sky Lounge Bar, Latitude Bar, and In Room Dining operation. Secondary task is assiting the Director of F&B with Outlet operations when needed.



  • Supervise and support all Bar and F&B operations
  • Monitor, observe and assist in the elevation of service
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests, and in resolving guest complaints
  • Manage and monitor product quality, service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make recommendations accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control as needed
  • Ensure compliance with RBS rules, and health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of bar offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and knowledge of the local area and events.
  • Train and develop team members
  • Complies and enforces uniform and grooming standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • High school graduate. Some technical bartending training preferred.
  • Must have 3-4 years customer service. Deescalation experience a plus.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Prefer 1-3 years of bartending experience
  • Knowledge of RBS Regulations including ID Checking experience, and handling intoxication prevention preferred
  • Knowledge of Bottle Service and Bottle Service sales a plus
