We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director - Technology Business Partner to join our Mimecast team. This role will serve as a liaison between technology and business units, ensuring that our technology initiatives align with business goals. Work closely with key business partners to identify opportunities for technological enhancements. Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners to support strategic technology initiatives. People Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of business analysts, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews to support team development.
