  • Lead Financial Close Processes - From journal entries and reconciliations to variance analysis and reporting, you will be hands-on in executing month-end and year-end close procedures.
  • Optimize Cost Accounting & Inventory Management - You will oversee inventory accounting, BOM reconciliation, and variance analysis to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, labor costs, and overhead.
  • Enhance Financial Processes - You will leverage your ERP expertise to streamline financial operations, improve data accuracy, and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness - You will maintain financial controls, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate Across Departments - You'll work closely with production, supply chain, and leadership teams to align financial goals with operational performance.

ABOUT YOU:

  • An ERP & Excel Power User - You are highly proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions, using them to optimize financial processes.
  • A Detail-Oriented Problem Solver - You have a strong analytical mindset, identifying discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • A Collaborative Communicator - You can translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
