Description

Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the US. We have a Parts Cashier position available in Weslaco, Texas. The hours are Mon-Fri - 7 AM - 5 PM.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for performing the parts cashier transactions in a positive, caring and timely manner to ensure that the customers' needs are met in a manner that is aligned with our mission and core values. This position may also perform receptionist and other clerical functions.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:



  • This position requires a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person with good phone and people skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required. Previous cashier experience preferred.
  • Must have GED or High School diploma
  • Must be proficient with computers. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be able to hours of the position which are 7 AM - 5 PM - Monday - Friday. Occasional additional hours as required.
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to perform cash and credit card transactions and related account balancing and supporting paperwork.
  • Must be highly organized and excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
  • Must self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner.
