ABOUT THE JOB

This position will have administrative duties with work orders and incoming/outgoing trucks as well as being responsible for the protection, safety and security of assets, property, personnel, customers, and visitors. Perform all appropriate related duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security Responsibilities



  • Control access into the facility. Maintain log of all incoming and outgoing
  • Perform routine security checks on incoming
  • Perform weekly perimeter security checks and
  • Perform opening and closing
  • Observe and report any unlawful
  • Protect property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, trespassing, fire, and
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in written form; Required documentation by writing reports


Administrative Support



  • Confirm all outgoing shipments in Will be responsible for any work order completion.
  • Ensure all outgoing paperwork is
  • Monitor the main rail gate and assist in helping with the exchange of rail cars.
  • Communicate with WTG and plant personnel shipments and
  • Ongoing review of Dispatch status to assure on time shipment. Review pick slips and contact transportation when outgoing loads will be late.
  • General administrative support including answering phones, preparation of mailings, communication, presentations, ordering supplies, as needed.
  • Supervise various outside vendors as assigned: snow removal, lawn care as needed to ensure acceptable service levels are
  • All other duties as assigned by


ABOUT YOU:



  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years post high school education
  • Proficiency in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software required; JD Edwards proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and meet
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and communication
  • Attention to detail, follow through, and
  • Problem solving ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to navigate a security round of the property
  • Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs for up to 12 hours per
  • Occasional turning, twisting, stooping, bending, and reaching.


TRAVEL

No travel required

Expected Compensation: $20-$22/hr. + 5% bonus eligibility
