Purpose of the Job

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating multiple projects from start to finish. The position requires that the Project Manager coordinates between multiple departments and various clients, including program initiation, client communication, conception, engineering, quoting, production, shipping, and validation of billing. The Project Manager acts as the face of HH Global and will be the central point of contact for projects to various clients. The Project Manager will ensure timely execution of projects and will represent HH Globals values at all levels.

This will be a hybrid position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will be required to be in office 3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact between departments from the beginning to the end of a project.
  • Gather all project requirements and data and manage all production aspects on behalf of the client, work across departments to ensure all deliverables are completed within the project's timeline.
  • Maintain an updated project status of all assigned deliverables and ensure all are being done in a timely manner to deliver to the client on time
  • Accurately facilitate the projects timing and details between the client and the internal team.
  • Provide insight into our core process to the client to ensure both parties are on the same page.
  • Facilitate solutions to project obstacles between both parties to ensure the client delivery promise.
  • Coordinate deliverables needed from the design department and ensure they are completed within the project's timeline.
  • Gather information needed by the design department from clients and vendors participating in the project
  • Retrieve client documentation needed for the product ordering department.
  • Facilitate accuracy of intended item mixes between the client/vendor, the design department, and the product ordering department.
  • Oversee a project's final review prior to ordering a project's product.
  • Provide project order approval for product.
  • Facilitate solutions to product related project obstacles between the client/vendor and the product ordering department.
  • Develop and share a comprehensive production schedule with the production team, ensuring they have all necessary information to complete tasks efficiently. Work closely with production to address any delays that arise, collaborating to find solutions and ensure that client commitments are met on time.
  • Provide shipping with the info needed to send displays to client DCs. Ensure purchase orders match internal records and oversee timely deliveries.

Experience, Skills + Experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation design skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in marketing or creative management
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies in a B2B and client-facing environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, impeccable business judgment and team player
