Partnerships Execution Manager, Full Time, Easton PA

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Head of Global Partnerships, the Partnerships Manager will oversee the execution and management of partnerships, promotions and sponsorships. This role will be responsible for delivering annual revenue/EBIT targets by driving the operational success of partnerships, ensuring that partnership deliverables are met on time, and supporting the overall business in nurturing and optimizing key partner relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have strong project management skills with a deep understanding of the partnership lifecycle.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Deliver annual revenue/profit targets
  • Strategic Support & Market Insights
  • Develop profound comprehension of the Crayola brand, including its products, capabilities, customers, competitors and trends, challenges, opportunities and initiatives, to drive excellence, competitive advantage, innovation and best practice.


    • Support the development of partnership strategies that align with the Crayola's business goals.
    • Brainstorm and create pitch/proposal presentations to bring those ideas to life.


  • Partnership Program Oversight & Execution


    • Lead the day-to-day execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    • Use sound judgement and ensure adherence and with Crayola's Product Integrity, Quality Assurance, Safety, and Code of Ethics requirements.
    • Build a deep understanding of Crayola's supply chain - timing, costs, limitations and opportunities. Develop and execute effective product fulfillment plans.
    • Ensure compliance with the terms of partnership contracts and manage any operational aspects tied to legal agreements.
    • Work with Product Development team to oversee creative development of products, collateral, assets and consumer marketing communication.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Education, Apps, Digital, LBE, Studios, etc.) to implement partnership programs effectively and efficiently.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for all partnership activities.
    • Lead partnership-related meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving. Have a presence on the team, offer solutions to challenges based on current or past experiences.
    • Direct external agencies, as requires.


  • Relationship Management


    • Act as the Crayola representative and main point of contact for partners to establish deliverables and oversee execution for each project, ensuring strong communication and the timely resolution of any issues that arise.
    • Maintain long-term, positive relationships with brands to foster continued collaboration and expansion of partnership opportunities.


  • Performance Tracking & Reporting


    • Monitor partnership performance against financial targets and program KPIs, providing regular updates and analysis.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and optimization to increase partner success and satisfaction.
    • Create "sell sheets" (partnership summaries) for Sales team to use with their customers to maximize potential at retail.
    • Create wrap reports after each partnership finishes identifying key insights and recommendations for future programs.



JOB SPECIFICATIONS:



  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, promotions, sponsorships, business development, or related field, with a focus on executing partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and multiple assignments in a constantly changing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize workflow and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and listening), with ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skill to build effective working relationships.
  • Approaches problems confidently and is aware of the environment around them.
  • Ability to lead people, build trust and has good persuasive skills, ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Resourceful, focused and goal oriented. Tenacity to overcome challenges and seek novel ideas.
  • Works effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work before/after hours.
