We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our North Saint Paul office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful.
The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating two week schedule): Week One Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday OFF Week One Total Hours = 40 Hours per Week Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes (Week One: Monday - Friday). Week Two Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM Week Two Total Hours = 40 Hours per Week Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes (Week Two: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). This is a Full-time position with Benefits. Grade 7 - Hourly Position. The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
