Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading transportation solutions provider, and we want you to be a part of it! If you have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this is the role for you. Pay: $18/hour Shift: Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM (One day off during the week) As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure that delivery commitments are met and customers are delighted with every step of the process. To succeed, you'll need strong multitasking abilities and the drive to push multiple projects forward. Your Day-to-Day: Assist customers and business partners via phone and email Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues efficiently Monitor the progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders What You Need to Excel: Experience with Microsoft Office programs (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A high school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues Ability to multitask and stay organized Thrive under pressure while delivering exceptional customer solutions At Staffmark, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just a paycheck.
