We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance). The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating scientific research proposals, analyzing technical materials, and supporting the defense acquisition process. Strong skills in visual communication, data synthesis, and briefing construction are essential for success in this role. Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to read technical material and synthesize important information and/or briefly summarize the material Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the defense acquisition process Experience evaluating white papers and research proposals for scientific merit, innovative approach within the field, research method and statistical analysis approach and rigor Demonstrated ability to read technical material and synthesize important information and/or briefly summarize the material Demonstrated ability to communicate visually, construct briefings and information graphics. Education: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of relevant work experience or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of relevant experience in at least one of the following research disciplines: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Synthetic Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or related science (non-medical/therapeutics focused
