We are seeking a Director of Data Governance and Management to establish and own the function within the Data & Analytics organization, reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics. This is a founding role that will be pivotal in shaping and implementing robust data management and governance frameworks and ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of our data. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align data governance strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements while maximizing the value of our data and the productivity of our workforce. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
