Position: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Leeds, South Carolina - Onsite

Shift: Day shift (7am - 3:30pm) - on call when needed

Compensation: 22.00$ - 25.00$ hourly

About this role

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for imputing receipts for all goods received within the plant, maintain critical supplies in all warehouses, oversee and maintain Universal Waste within the warehouse, obtain vender quotes for materials and goods, create and submit requisitions for approval, assist Chemtrade's IT Department with server and computer issues within the facility, perform annual inventory of warehouses and laydown yard, maintain and update the critical parts inventory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Attend all required training
• Drive a forklift
• Receive raw materials from suppliers and obtain samples for QA inspection
• Receive empty bins from Customers. Clean out and inspect for damage
• Prepare drums and bins for shipment for truck or rail
• Transfer drums to bin and bin to bin
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Movement of bins between Warehouse and Bin Shop
• Complete all associated paperwork with each duty
• Participate on the Leeds HazMat Team
• Load pallets
• Load drums and bins for shipment
• Manufacture drums for shipment to another Warehouse
• Perform Yard Master duties and other duties as assigned
• Accept, verify and sign for the purchased goods arriving via UPS, Federal Express, supplier trucks and common carrier.
• Properly verify and stock the received items into storeroom
• Complete physical inventory counts on a weekly basis and verify the MP2 system.
• Deliver purchased material and supplies to requisitioners
• Properly package, label and prepare items for pick up
• Enter inventory count, receipts and issues in MP2 system
• Refuel forklift

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience and inventory management
• Prior forklift experience
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• Communication skills
• Ability to function under minimal supervision
• Good physical shape for moving heavy packages
