Job Description: Office Location: Granbury, Texas, United States SCOPE/CONTACTS: Responsible for the fulfillment of all Bank policies and regulations as they apply to the Retail Operations Division, specifically Tellers, Safe Deposit and New Accounts. Responsible for the overall training of lobby and/or motor-bank personnel to assure friendly, eager, professional, and capable customer service. Responsible for positively motivating and ensuring that the sales culture of the bank will be enhanced by all retail personnel.
