We are working with a client dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that drives innovation and excellence. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help and attract top talent to support our growth and success.

Job Description:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and offer letter preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
