Experienced Financial Reporting Accountant

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Prepare and/or review SEC filings including consolidated financial statements and footnotes
• Analyze the accounting guidance implications of business transactions and newly issued US GAAP and SEC rules
• Lead the monthly accounting close processes for certain complex accounting areas such as stock-based compensation, leases, impairments, intercompany and other technical accounting processes
• Assist with audit requests for the annual audit and quarterly reviews
• Oversee the statutory financial statements process for countries outside the US

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Very detailed oriented, highly motivated, strong analytical skills, proficient computer skills specifically in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High degree of professionalism
• Works well in a team environment, focused on career growth and development
