While reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance in the acquisition of Sonoco talent. You will ensure that staffing efforts and projects are consistent with overall business direction of Sonoco and his/her customers. You will also be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and hiring candidates who are highly qualified in the least amount of time using cost effective methods. What You'll Be Doing:

This is a progression position and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.
