Job Description: The Administrative Specialist will leverage our Salesforce.com and Mobile App solutions to support client coverage and drive user adoption and data integrity. Additionally, they will schedule our security personnel, while supporting invoice preparation. Primary Responsibilities: * Perform the daily process as defined in team process documentation to audit our system for Pay & Bill operations; while ensuring payroll and invoicing are taken care of at the end of the month * Work in conjunction with Account Managers to ensure all compliances of the contract are met * Be a problem solver - Tackle issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, common sense and data. Identify the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms. o Additionally, the Administrative Specialist with synergize with our Strategic Operations Department to ensure all reports are current and up-to-date * Identify/escalate issues to appropriate leadership and partner with other functional units to drive resolution. * Work with our management, product, and development teams to establish suitable departmental processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities. * Act as super user and assist in training of other team members to support growth of Salesforce skill sets within multiple divisions. Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. * 1 to 3 years of experience utilizing Salesforce within a medium to large organization preferred. Salesforce Trailhead completions also preferred. * Proficient at report writing and data manipulation using modern tools. * Capable of achieving objectives and meeting deadlines in dynamic, high-pressure organizations. * Comfortable diving into analyses, offering business recommendations, and facilitating organizational agreement. * Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, translate requirements from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. * You have flexibility in your schedule. While this position is for normal business hours, you may be required to occasionally work any day of the week, during daily operating hours.
